Originally the Leitch system offered eight tiers of software to control 432
decoders. PHASE II, will now use a computer to operate several sets of 432 decoders
and 128 tiers. All descramblers have auto fault detectors.
The manufacturer of the Leitch system claims that the system is "the world's
fastest addressing system" which is capable of reauthorizing 14,400 decoders / second.
